ISH Service Area
An internal service portal is provided for ISH residents. This portal serves to facilitate organisational matters and communication between residents and the student council. When you log in to the portal and enter your data, the following personal data will be processed:
- User name
- Time stamp

- The resource used
If you contact us using the form (e.g. fault report), the data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of further questions. If repairs are required, we forward the report and the name and address of the resident (and possibly also the telephone number) to external service providers (e.g. property manager, plumber, carpenter).
You are principally guaranteed the rights of information, correction, deletion, limitation, data portability, cancellation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your rights under data protection law have been infringed in any other way, you may complain to the relevant supervisory authority. In Austria, that is the Data Protection Authority.
