Rechengasse 1 is a beautifully refurbished Art Nouveau building with a fine atmosphere. The accommodation units have high ceilings, modern fittings and the character of a traditional town house. The apartments look onto the courtyard or onto Rechengasse, which has little traffic. The street-side apartments have sound-insulating windows for a quiet interior.

The common rooms and leisure facilities in the main building are accessible to residents of Rechengasse 1 at all times during opening hours.

Rechengasse 1 has shared student apartments for three to six persons with single or double rooms. Several apartments have a balcony, and one apartment even has a roof loggia.
